The hotel has a very bare look in the rooms, but they do come with a handy device for searching information and places to visit. They also have an alkaline water machine in the room, although my first-day check-in experience led to changing rooms.

The hotel has spacious and pretty rooms, but really needs a major facelift and interior renovation. The service was responsible but lacked promptness. The location is super convenient for travelers, but a bit noisy with nearby attractions. The dining options are good but need more variety. Overall, it's an okay choice depending on your priorities.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and came with a delightful bath tub. The quiet environment made it so relaxing that I didn't mind paying extra for a late check-out. The location was perfect, with easy access to delicious food options and attractions. However, the lighting and furniture could use some improvement.

Upon checking in at 7 pm, I found the rooms to have a slightly stale cigarette smell, most likely due to the hotel being fully booked on a Friday. The strong unpleasant odor was a downside, but the service was competent and professional. The location was convenient, with nearby attractions accessible. The dining experience was average, offering a mix of Malaysian and International cuisines.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. On the positive side, the rooms were equipped with a water dispenser offering hot and room temperature water, but unfortunately, my room had a strong smell, and I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night due to cockroaches in the toilet and crawling in the room. The ambiance of the rooms felt quite basic, and the choice of wall colors was lacking in warmth.
